To achieve this, we work with two main delivery methods: Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days, and Express Shipping, for those in a hurry, with delivery between 2 and 5 business days. It's important to note that these timeframes begin after payment confirmation and order processing at our center. Purchases made on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow each stage of the journey in real time. If you receive the package with any signs of tampering, tearing, or damage to the packaging, we advise you to refuse delivery immediately and contact our support. For products with any manufacturing defects, the deadline to request an exchange is up to 30 days.
